File a Mishandled Baggage Report

A few guided steps and our team starts tracing your bag with the airline right away.

Before reporting mishandled baggage to TraceBag, you must first have notified the airline that your baggage did not arrive at the end-point of your flight. The airline will have provided you with a File Reference Number (PIR) that you will need to file this report.

UNDELIVERED BAGS, INCLUDING A VALID FILE REFERENCE NUMBER FROM THE AIRLINE, SHOULD BE REPORTED TO TRACEBAG WITHIN 24 HOURS OF FLIGHT ARRIVAL FOR THE FASTEST POSSIBLE ASSISTANCE. IF THE AIRLINE HAS NOT PROVIDED YOU WITH A VALID FILE REFERENCE NUMBER, PLEASE CONTACT THE AIRLINE AND COLLECT IT FROM THEM BEFORE FILING YOUR REPORT WITH US — TRACEBAG CANNOT RETRIEVE FILE REFERENCE NUMBERS ON YOUR BEHALF.
